1,000 Doors

28 days. 1,000 doors.
This is my life.

You've seen me before walking down the streets through rain, snow, or shine, riding a bike in my Sunday best, knocking door to door, and talking to everyone. You might have tried to dodge me. You might even think that I'm crazy. I am a missionary from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Okay so that's been my life for the last 17 months.  I remember the first week I got of the plane....holy cow was I scared.  Can you imagine going door to door and talking to people about the most personal subject ever...religion?  I remember standing at the door one day, someone answered and I lost all my words. But, the more doors I knocked and people I talked to, the more I came to love Jesus Christ.  I began to feel an inkling of what He felt as I was rejected, and the joy in my heart as people listened to my message.

I realized last week how fast time has flown.  I will be leaving New York and going home next month. I never thought it would come so soon.  I love my mission.  I want to share this good news with everyone.  So this is my story.  The story of 1,000 doors.
